The State Championship Classic event is being moved. We are no longer basing the event out of the State park. Due to extreme fees and costs being assessed to tournaments at State Parks despite it being one of GA's GO FISH GA ramp sites (which still has not been completed), we are relocating the State Championship Classic to One Stop Bait & Tackle at 2478 HWY 280 West. They are located across from the main entrance to the park next door to Striplings store. One Stop has all the live bait and other tackle you will need. Stop in and see them every time you visit Lake Blackshear and let them know we appreciate their support. An updated letter has been emailed to Classic Qualified Members. We have some exciting changes for the State Championship Classic working along side with 2011 Crappie Masters National Championship being held on the Alabama River out of Millbrook, AL!

Mr. Charlie Cantrell has passed on to be with the Lord on July 4th, 2010. He will always be remembered by us as a great man, a great fisherman, and a Champion. Rest in peace Mr. Charlie.
